How to Order
Online
Use our secure online transaction system to purchase your goods.

Offline
You can create and process an order using the website's online catalogue.
Our system is fully secure but if you'd rather not put your credit card details online,
you will have the option of printing your order out or saving it onto your computer.
From there you can:
IMPORTANT NOTES
- The amount of your order as calculated by our online catalogue will not include freight,
which cannot be calculated until the final weight/size is known (see shipping below for more
information). The final account and/or credit card debit will be altered to include shipping costs.
- DO NOT send credit card details via normal email. You can email an order and then
phone or fax us your credit card details. Bead World accepts no responsibility for security of data
transmitted via unencrypted email.

Currency
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include the Australian Goods &
Services Tax (GST).
International customers are exempt from the GST, and it will be deducted from the account
at the time of purchase.

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Bankcard and Mastercard. We also accept cheques, money orders, or you
can do a direct bank deposit.

Shipping
Shipping costs are based on gross weight and/or cubic measurement. Once the final weight and dimensions of your order are
known the charges are added to your account. As an indication, for shipping within Australia, you can expect to pay approx $10
- $12 for orders up to 3kg. Small orders of under 500 grams are shipped Overnight Express at a maximum cost of $7.20.
Bead World charges you only the exact cost of shipping and padded bags (only where used). There are no handling charges.
Only orders which cannot be sent by Courier or Express Post because of volume or weight will be sent Australia Post Parcel
Post. Orders sent by Parcel Post will be insured and cost added. As a guide cost of insurance is $2.60 up to $100 value, and
then $1.16 per $100 or part, thereafter. Orders sent via Courier or Express Post do not need to be insured.
Cost for international shipping varies depending upon location and we are unable to provide estimates. The above policy
applies with regard to how you are charged, however, all international orders are insured and cost of insurance will be added.
As a guide cost of insurance is $7.50 up to $100 value, and then $2.00 per $100 or part, thereafter.

Lost or Damaged Goods
All goods are examined prior to packaging to ensure they are sent in good condition.
They are packaged carefully to ensure minimal chance of damage during transit.
Wherever possible, we use Fastway Couriers who require a signature at the receiving
end as proof of delivery. For areas that are not serviced by Fastway Couriers,
Bead World will use Australia Post Overnight Express. For orders over 3kg we always
use Registered Australia Post Parcel Service. Registered post includes insurance to
the value of $100.00 and requires a signature for the item on arrival. If you are
not home when they call, you will be asked to collect the item from your nearest
Post Office.
If goods are lost or damaged during transit, Bead World will replace them.
If you receive an incomplete or damaged consignment, email us on
orders@beadworld.com.au or telephone our
warehouse on (07) 5534 1333 immediately upon receipt and we will organise for the
damaged goods to be returned and replaced.

Returns Policy
Returns will not be accepted for any reason after 14 days from dispatch.
Goods returned within this period are subject to a 20% handling charge,
unless the goods are found to be faulty. Goods will be exchanged, subject to
the 20% handling charge, but we do not give refunds, so please choose carefully.
Sale items or end of range run-outs will not be exchanged.

Out of Stock Items
We have 1000's of beads coming into and going out of our warehouse every month.
We endeavour to keep stock in hand, but can't always achieve that. We are rarely
out of stock for a long period of time.
We do not currently have the technology to track retail back orders. Where we
cannot fulfill your order, we adjust the amount of your transaction before
processing it, and provide a notification with your goods of when we expect
delivery of the next consignment so you can go to the website and check when
it has arrived.

Discounts & Pricing Policy
Bead World offers the Best Prices!
We pride ourselves on being one of Australia's largest bead merchants and because
of our buying power we believe our pricing to be some of the best in the industry.
If you purchase items in large quantities and would like to discuss whether we can
offer a better price, then please contact us with the details and we'll happily
look into it.
Do our prices include GST?
All prices include GST. For international purchasers, we will adjust your order
to remove the GST from the final price.
What about bulk discounts?
You will see as you navigate our catalogue that for most items we have three
tiers of pricing, based on volume. These represent significant price reductions
from the list price.
Wholesale Purchasers
We also offer wholesale prices to genuine re-sellers through our password
protected wholesale area. If you are a genuine re-seller and would like to
view our wholesale price list, please follow this link and complete the registration
form wholesale buyers only. Please note that Bead World will confirm your status
as a genuine re-seller prior to providing you with access to this secure area.
This may take a few days, and in the meantime you can view the contents of the
catalogue on the retail area of the site. If you wish to discuss any details
relating to wholesale purchase, you can also telephone us on (07) 5534 1333
and speak with Len or Michelle.
